Finding and Using the Resources You Need This workshop is for parents and professionals who want to learn how to find and use local, regional, state and Internet resources for the benefit of children with special needs. Autism & Inclusion: Make the Connection Understanding Language Learning Style of High Functioning Children with ASD Children with autism spectrum disorders develop language in a different way from their typical peers. This language learning style affects social communication and academic achievement. If parents and teachers understand how the children learn, treatment can be designed to help children with ASD reach their full potential. |
